Position Overview

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be instrumental in managing the financial actions of the company. This senior executive role requires strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and extensive experience in financial management. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting, while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, aligning it with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting future financial needs and analyzing variances between actuals and budget.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, investments, and financial risks.

Required Skills And Experience

  • 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or equivalent position.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial planning, and risk management principles.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and ERP systems.
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance is highly desirable.
