Controller

• As the Controller, you will oversee all financial activities within the manufacturing facility.
• Work closely with the management team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage inventory control processes and ensure accurate valuation of inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and other financial software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proven leadership abilities and a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
