What the Senior Accountant will do…
- The Senior Accountant will be producing all financial reports including but not limited to:
- month end
- Journal entries
- bank recs
- review of P&L reports
- Ensures compliance with government laws, GAAP and audit standards, and internal processes & policies.
- Ensures accuracy and timelines of financial information, reporting, product costing and analysis to support sound business decision-making.
- Mitigates company’s risk, including assisting with insurance portfolio, legal matters, and contingency planning.
- Continuously reviews and improves finance compliance, procedures, and processes.
- Completes consolidation of all legal entities.
- Responsible for timely monthly closing process.
- Submits accurate financial reporting to parent company.
- Provides financial information and guidance to assist company managers and teams.
