Construction Draws Management:
- Handle construction draws and process draw requests promptly.
- Allocate draw requests against line items in the budget accurately.
- Generate change orders and appropriately assign them to the budget.
Financial Transition:
- Convert financial data from construction accounting software to property management accounting software seamlessly.
- Assist in property accounting activities for multiple properties.
Collaborative Budget Work:
- Work collaboratively with team members on the development of project budgets.
- Contribute to the creation of new processes aimed at enhancing financial efficiency.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze financial records, providing insightful reports to the management team.
- Present analysis findings, offering strategic recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Prior experience in construction accounting is essential.
