Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist Position:

  • Exercise your expertise in approving accounts receivable adjustments to customer accounts.
  • Daily reconciliation of cash receipts for accounts, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Efficiently process customer payments, including cash sales and credit card transactions.
  • Apply daily cash receipts to customer accounts, maintaining precise financial records.
  • Ensure accurate application of customer payments to corresponding accounts.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the Accounts Receivable Specialist Role:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, showcasing your expertise in financial transactions.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Accounting software, allowing you to navigate complex financial data.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational prowess to manage complex financial processes seamlessly.
