- Assist department in receivables, collections, and carrier payables
- The Accounting Assistant will return/ refund premiums
- Aid the department in Bordeaux reporting and direct bill downloads
- Support commission, vendor, and credit card payables
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Assistant
- Associate degree in accounting
- Experience with Microsoft products and Agency Management Systems
- Experience in the P&C Insurance industry
