Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Assist with month end close, prepare journal entries, financial reports, and reconciliations
  • Month end close reporting and analysis
  • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
  • Report analysis and findings to management team
  • Assist with review of Journal Entries & Reconciliations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to expand your skillset and take on additional responsibilities
  • Bachelors in Accounting/Finance is a plus or Associates degree with relevant experience
  • Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly accurate and detail-oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks and projects
  • AIA Billing experience preferred
