What the Accounting Managerwill do:

• The responsibilities of the Accounting Manager includes supervising and reviewing work of the accounting teams
• Reviewing and analyzing client financial statements
• Performing variance analysis on monthly or quarterly financial statements to discuss with clients
• Creating and maintaining internal processes and controls
• Providing cash-flow guidance to clients if requested, and ability to generate 12-month forecasting when needed
• Help create and modify existing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each client

What the company needs in a Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
• The Accounting Manager should have a minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience.
• CPA required
• Must have experience working with QuickBooks Online (ProAdvisor), Bill.com, Google Suite, and Advanced MS Excel
• Public experience
• Management experience
