What the Accounting Managerwill do:
- The responsibilities of the Accounting Manager includes supervising and reviewing work of the accounting teams
- Reviewing and analyzing client financial statements
- Performing variance analysis on monthly or quarterly financial statements to discuss with clients
- Creating and maintaining internal processes and controls
- Providing cash-flow guidance to clients if requested, and ability to generate 12-month forecasting when needed
- Help create and modify existing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each client
What the company needs in a Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
- The Accounting Manager should have a minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience.
- CPA required
- Must have experience working with QuickBooks Online (ProAdvisor), Bill.com, Google Suite, and Advanced MS Excel
