- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger entries, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- The Accounting Manager will prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into financial performance and trends.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
- 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, with 2 years in a managerial/supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities, including team management, mentorship, and project coordination.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, adapt to change, and drive continuous improvement.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
