CFS is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team!!!

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Position:

  • The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage and maintain accounts receivable records
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Reconcile accounts receivable records to the general ledger
  • Generate and distribute invoices to customers as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries related to accounts receivable
  • The Accounts Receivable Coordinator could assist with month-end closing activities within 6-12 months

Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable position:

  • Prior experience in an Accounts Receivable position or similar accounting role
  • Candidates should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
