Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Position:

  • Researching and resolving routine customer inquiries concerning account status
  • Monitoring payments, tracking overdue accounts, and processing for collections
  • Processing and approving adjustments to customer accounts; reconciling accounts
  • Assisting with month-end close and annual audits
  • Ensures confidentiality of financial records

Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the Accounts Receivable role:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Three or more years of experience in accounts receivable and collections roles
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with multiple ERP systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a proactive approach to unusual issues
