Responsibilities of the Billing Analyst :

  • Billing customers and following up on past-due invoices
  • Handling weekly / monthly / annual billing cycles
  • Assisting with month end close activities
  • Adhoc responsibilities assigned by the Controller

Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator

  • Intermediate Excel skills also a plus
  • Meticulous attention to detail & communication skills
  • Eager to work with & learn from a strong, close-knit team!
