Responsibilities Of The Billing And Collections Specialist

  • The Billing and Collections Specialist will perform all invoicing functions
  • Soft collections calls to existing customers
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets with accurate information related to invoicing and billing
  • The Billing and Collections Specialist will be cross trained in Accounts Payable

Preferred Qualifications Of The Billing And Collections Specialist

  • Some prior invoicing experience is highly preferred
  • The Billing and Collections Specialist must be eager to learn and have strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
