Responsibilities:
- Payroll duties: verify employees' work hours and payment through the payroll system
- Accounts Payable duties: schedule and prepare checks, resolve purchase orders, and invoicing
- Accounts Receivable duties: post payments
- General Ledger reconciliation
- Data entry and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in a relevant accounting position
- Experience processing payroll and using an ERP system
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
