What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper Office Manager position at Creative Financial Staffing?

Bookkeeper/Office Manager is needed to perform all payroll, AP, and AR duties for a stable and growing company. Great family feel and professionalism but friendliness is a must for the right fit candidate!

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll duties: verify employees' work hours and payment through the payroll system
  • Accounts Payable duties: schedule and prepare checks, resolve purchase orders, and invoicing
  • Accounts Receivable duties: post payments
  • General Ledger reconciliation
  • Data entry and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience in a relevant accounting position
  • Experience processing payroll and using an ERP system
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
