What are the responsibilities and job description for the Career Matchmaker position at Creative Financial Staffing?
CFS is hiring a Career Matchmaker to manage both sides of the recruiting process. You will learn about a ton of different industries and provide a valuable service that is win-win-win. Connect with clients (hiring mangers) who have job openings, and then match them with ideal candidates (job seekers).
Create a network of professionals in your territory. Prospect, call and meet with key financial decision-makers to discover job opportunities. Uncover exactly what clients need and assist them in hiring their perfect employee. You will maintain a list of vetted candidates as well as collaborate with your team to find the best possible fit for each job.

Day-to-Day Tasks and Skills Required:
- Your time will be spent primarily on the phone and in video meetings. Must be a people-person.
- Screen resumes, interview candidates, call references, consult clients, recommend professionals for hire. Must be intuitive.
- Track your calls, take notes in your conversations, import data into spreadsheets and databases. Must be detail oriented.
- Manage your own schedule and tackle any issues that arise. Must be quick at problem-solving.
- Collaborate with your co-workers and clients to find win-win-win solutions. Must be a strong negotiator.
- Network, email, share helpful industry insight, sell our services, represent CFS. Must be confident.
