Chief Financial Officer

FULL-TIME PERM

Onsite 45506

Up to $180,000

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain, manage, and analyze Financial Statements/ Reporting
  • Administer Tax/ Compliance requirements
    • Annual Tax Return
    • Monthly sales taxes OH & KY
    • Annual Tax for MI, WI & TX
    • TX Franchise Return
    • 8752 Form management, etc.
  • Manage, oversee and audit weekly A/P and A/R
  • Oversight of Banking (PNC), including reconciliation
    • Monitor Bank Statement daily
    • Weekly deposit of paper checks
  • Weekly Payroll (Paycor) management
  • Manage weekly sale rep Commissions and offsets
  • Monitor and reconcile ACH from larger Key Clients/ Vendors
  • EDI/ SPS Commerce management of annual contract & monthly billing
  • Key Client control/reporting of Machine Orders (running totals) & other requests
  • HR Hiring Process
    • Insurance (Life & AD&D) & Health enrollments/modifications/discontinuation, monthly billing
    • Annual health insurance renewal for Jan 1st (provide census, etc.)
    • Property & Liability Insurance management, including billings
  • BWC Management & Claim Contact
  • OSHA Running Log Management, etc.
  • 401k Management/Reconciliation, including completion of Standard template to file everyone’s hours and pay (from Paycor)
  • IT/Computer Technical Troubleshooting & Partnership w/ Buckeye Solutions
  • PBSI (Accounting Software) Contact & Issue Resolution
  • Hale Mfg. Billing reconciliation/ monitoring/payment
  • UPS System & Billing Contact & Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Post Office – Pick Up & Drop Of
Preferred Skillset

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting Required
  • CPA Certification Preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite & Accounting Software (PBSI/ProComm preferred)
  • Strong Leadership and Management Abilities Required
  • Mechanical/ Manufacturing background preferred
