Job Title : Contract Administrator / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000

About Us : Our client is a dynamic and fast-paced company based in Pontiac, MI, seeking a dedicated Contract Administrator / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is tech-savvy and eager to learn, or for an individual with some experience in accounts receivable, particularly within the construction industry.
Contract Administrator / Accounts Receivable Specialist Key Responsibilities :
- Contract Administration & Project Setup : Manage contract administration and project setup / data entry.
- Lien Management : Manage lien information and distribute to Project Management, Operations Manager, and President.
- Invoicing : Prepare monthly invoices and gather necessary waivers.
- Subcontract Administration : Manage subcontract administration, including handling payments and compliance inquiries.
Contract Administrator / Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications :
Must-Haves :
- Strong ability to dive into and navigate databases.
- Open to recent graduates who are tech-savvy and eager to learn accounts receivable.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, cash receipts, or job billing is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred :
- Experience with Viewpoint software.
- Background in the construction industry.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Knowledge of contract law.
