The Staff Accountant's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable tasks and Manage Accounts Receivable production and collection
Enter and code invoices daily and develop the knowledge of database
Create daily sales flash comparing current and prior year
Develop relationships with vendors and manage accounts
Reconciliation of accounts and support with some payroll tasks
Assist with month end close process, inventory management and food cost analysis
Daily and weekly sales auditing
Review weekly paperwork to ensure accuracy of sales, customers, gift card transactions, and employee disbursements
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant position:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Finance or 1 years' experience equivalent
Knowledge of software and Excel is preferred but not a must
