Responsibilities of the ERP Implementation Specialist:

• Identify and resolve system issues using the Workday ERP system.
• Perform data extracts, inquiries, reports, and uploads to support customers, operations, and maintain system integrity.
• Conduct testing for modified and new systems or applications.
• Gather business requirements for new implementations, business processes, operations, and process flows.
• Lead the maintenance and development of ERP Roadmaps.
• Install, manage, and troubleshoot automations.
• Project management duties as required.

Qualifications for the ERP Implementation Specialist:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with Workday - PLUS
• HCM, Financials, and Adaptive implementation.
• Proven track record of documenting and implementing system changes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid technical background and proficiency.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
