Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for reviewing, reconciling, and submitting data and statistics on program business policies and claims to the regulatory authorities.
Duties:
- Review, reconcile, and submit premium and claims data to various state agencies for quarterly and yearly filings.
- Submit annual workers’ comp financial calls for all states.
- Process payments for program business related invoices for surcharges/assessments/ fines.
- Submit quarterly statistical reports with TX ISO and AAIS for all business.
- Review, reconcile, and submit unit statistical reports on workers compensation policies and claims to the various regulatory authorities. Develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of unit statistical issues.
- Work with and review reports for Unit and Stat reports.
- Assist with collecting program business claims documentation for quarterly audits.
- Assist with Insurer/Agency management and contacts.
- Maintain rapport with state regulatory personnel and brokerage contacts.
- Work with the IT department on specific data/statistical reporting requirements.
