About the Company and Opportunity as a Financial Analyst:
- Our client's company is family-owned, and prides itself on exceptional customer service and outstanding products!
- This position is open due to a recent promotion from Financial Analyst to Senior Financial Analyst!
- This position will work directly under the Senior Financial Analyst
- Hybrid Schedule: Work in office 2 days per week
- (Tuesday/Thursday for training, then candidate can decide which days they'd like to work outside of the office)
Overview of the Financial Analyst role:
- Develop forecasts, budgets, and actual monthly financial statements
- Perform account analysis and review trends of expense accounts to improve current forecast and budget modeling
- Provide financial support to plant management regarding financial and operational performance on a weekly basis
- Perform financial modeling and analysis to identify and monitor cost saving initiatives
- Perform internal control audits
Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:
- Two years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with at least one major ERP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical abilities as a Financial Analyst
MaxSalary: USD80500
MinSalary: USD58500
