Inventory Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Inventory Manager:
- Spearhead cycle counting processes and physical inventory initiatives company-wide, ensuring our inventory records in NetSuite are nothing short of impeccable.
- Collaborate closely with operational leaders to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Craft easily understandable reports and KPIs, providing invaluable insights into inventory counts and storage space utilization on a weekly basis.
- Take charge of organizing our inventory and evaluating stock levels, while also overseeing the disposition of slow-moving or damaged products.
- Lead the setup of new items, assemblies, and kits within NetSuite, maintaining meticulous bill of materials records.
- Assess internal controls to safeguard against theft and recommend innovative business methods and procedures.
- Lead inventory and production planning team, overseeing their work, output, and schedules.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of the Inventory Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of experience in inventory management, production, procurement, logistics, and financials.
- Experience developing and analyzing KPI's
- Proficient in mathematics and data analysis, able to draw actionable conclusions from trends.
- Proven ability to inspire teams, manage conflicts, and develop the team
- Strong technical acumen, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and ERP systems (experience with NetSuite and RF Smart is a plus).
- Previous exposure to multidisciplinary projects is highly desirable.
