What does the Network Specialist do?
Providing physical IT support in person as well as virtually
Work with organization on large infrastructure projects such as security cameras and VOIP phones
Act as the liaison between internal members and any outside IT projects
Ad hoc projects such as establishing a ticketing system for IT and facility projects
What does our client need in an Network Specialist?
Previous experience supporting an organization on Office 365 systems
Experience streamlining IT infrastructure projects and acting as the liaison between the organization and anything IT related
Self-starter and excellent communication skills – able to interact with any individual or department
Combination of technical exposure and knowledge and willingness to learn additional systems over time.
Able to work on-site, 5 days a week in Newtown, CT
