Responsibilities of the Payroll Lead :

• Lead Payroll Operations : Take charge of payroll processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for our dedicated workforce.
• Compliance Management : Stay abreast of all relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in payroll operations, including wage and hour laws specific to the agriculture sector.
• Data Integrity : Maintain and update employee records, deductions, and timekeeping systems to uphold data accuracy and integrity.
• Reporting and Analysis : Generate payroll reports and perform analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Problem Resolution : Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly and effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Training and Development : Provide guidance and training to payroll team members to enhance their skills and ensure consistent adherence to payroll policies and procedures.

Requirements for the Payroll Lead :

• Proven Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in an agriculture or related industry.
• Technical Proficiency : Proficient in payroll software and MS Office suite, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
