Position: Print Repair Technician

What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you'll be troubleshooting and repairing printer & computer hardware to help support the customers needs before and after the sale. You'll be involved in the RMA process and doing technical support a part of a small team. Great opportunity for someone looking to get into an entry level tech, print or IT role!
Preferred Experience:
- Prior exposure to computer hardware or printers (diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, etc.)
- Knowledge of mechanics, electronics and/or computer science.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective communication skills and customer oriented.
- Good organization skills.
- Must be willing to travel to France up to once per year.
Bonus Skills/Experience:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Experience with the RMA Process (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Experience with a ticketing system
