Senior Accountant needed!
Our client, a leading automation and integration company, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a newly created role due to growth. This person will be responsible for day-to-day accounting functions as well as other areas in the business.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting functions.
- Manage hourly billing of staff through Timeslips.
- Assimilate data into organized presentations for management as well as clients for analysis, recommendations, and reporting.
- Identify costs related to labor, materials, equipment, and resources required based on project scope and documentation.
- Interface with vendors to establish relationships to support company procurement needs including advantageous terms, pricing, and options for profit maximization.
- Analyze and monitor all costs associated with jobs and trending analysis for early identification of data anomalies.
- Forecasting and cash-flow projections.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure consistent and timely presentations of financial information.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience with Excel and QuickBooks is preferred.
- 3 years of strong accounting experience.
