E-Commerce Associate

Our logistics facility located in Hillsboro is growing and has an immediate opening for an outgoing, energetic candidate to work in a fast-paced environment with other team members to complete all tasks pertaining to picking, packing, and shipping.

A minimum of 1 year working in a warehouse setting.

· Understanding package dimensions and weights for cartonization

· Printing and processing of parcel labels

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Reports directly to the Production Supervisor

· Works closely with the Client Services Coordinator (CSC)

· Pick, pack, and ship daily orders with 100% accuracy

· Find and collect merchandise in a warehouse using a hand-held scanner to locate items, and load the items onto a picker cart to move them throughout the distribution center

· Checks orders for accuracy and quality prior to packaging

· Package collected merchandise and prepare the items for shipment to customers

· Follows instructions precisely and double-checks the work before completing each task

· Ability to operate a floor pallet jack

· Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, lift-up to 50 lbs., and move about the facility

· Always treats customers product with care and concern

OTHER DUTIES:

· Assists with general warehouse cleaning in e-commerce area, and as assigned

· Other assigned responsibilities and / or duties assigned by CFI Management and / or the Production Supervisor

This position works Monday -- Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, and is eligible for Personal Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay. 100% company paid AFLAC benefits provided after 90-days of full-time employment.
