Role: Product Owner
Location Alpharetta, GA/ Dallas, TX/ New York City, NY (On-site from day 1)

Job Description:
- Have proven track record for 5-7 years as a product manager.
- Should have experience working with teams located in different time zones including PST, EST, IST, and GMT 13.
- Should be able to participate in UAT, BUAT and Post-production bug verification along with dev and QA team.
- Work alongside project managers and program managers to define and refine the product backlog as per the client preferences.
- Should be able to document the technical requirements as feature/sub-feature and EPIC and give detailed walkthrough to dev team for the implementation purpose.
- Create business case, project goal and analysis for new product development.
- Ideate & gather requirements from key stakeholders for various New Digital Product Development, including enhancement of the existing digital products, & create detailed Product Road map.
- Create, maintain, and monitor product management processes to ensure excellence in execution during product development.
- Drive Product development / projects from inception to completion, identifying and managing risks, while navigating hurdles and resolving issues in real time to successfully complete projects on time with minimal resources.
- Continually evolve the project management process to ensure optimal efficiency and timeliness.
- Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with the engineering teams/ external partners by defining joint roadmaps and managing multiple product development workflows simultaneously.
- Post launch, Drive the product adoption, along with the business development team, to ensure budgeted revenues are met.
- Continuously work on the enhancement of the digital products to be ahead of the market.
- Should be able to work with PM/DMs to create and manage daily and weekly status reports
Primary Skills:
- Agile practitioner, Certification.
- Product management skills, product backlog grooming.
- Experience in 2 or more business domains, preferably Banking and mobility.
- Fintech product developmentfirst-hand experience
Required Skills:
- Have good understanding of core banking and open banking concepts.
- Have experience in work with diverse team and delivering with tight deadlines.
- Should have good communication skills and technical skills to understand.
- Knowledge of Aha project management tool, OmniGraffle, Draw.io Capability to understand the new or existing system and business process.
- Standardize the requirements gathered across the teams and conceptualize application workflow.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and tracking.
- Research and come up with solutions for the business problems in co-ordination with other teams.
- Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
