THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented Creative Director - Brand who is an experienced leader, a conceptual thinker, and has a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling. You should be well versed in multi-channel creative development, digital marketing, web, social, experiential and print/catalog. You should also be passionate about branding and have a strong portfolio to prove it. In this role you will help build brands that inspire passion, loyalty and emotional connection. As such, you must understand that branding is much more than a logo, color palette and name. WHAT IT TAKES

Important competencies to effectively perform this role include:
- 2 years of experience in a creative leadership role
- 5 years in the field with either an art director or copywriter background
- Proficient use of the Adobe Suite or other tools
- Detail oriented with solid organizational skills
- Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
- Can work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Motivated individuals who are fueled by innovate thinking. Willing to take initiative, and have a desire to tackle challenging opportunities
