As a Principal in Credera’s Management Consulting practice, you will establish yourself as an executive as you lead highly strategic, transformational projects that solve our clients’ most challenging problems. You will provide leadership over multiple client engagements or highly complex programs and projects, ultimately taking responsibility for entire client relationships You will provide oversight and mentorship to your team(s), ensure high-quality execution and delivery across all associated projects, and maintain an outstanding A/R with client leadership.
Additionally, you will provide exceptional thought leadership to support improved operations and go-to-market strategies for the practice. You will lead teams on internal initiatives to develop and create marketable frameworks, methodologies, and focus areas. Lastly, you will identify and pursue business development opportunities, both by seeking out additional opportunities with existing clients and by forming net new opportunities within your own network.
WHO YOU ARE:
You have a minimum of 15 years of consulting experience or an industry equivalent
You have a minimum of 10 years of project management and / or technical leadership experience
You have a passion for leading teams and providing both formal and informal mentorship
You enjoy managing and growing client relationships as well as identifying and seizing new business development opportunities
You are an avid thought leader, with deep expertise in a specific industry or craft, as well as deep experience in any one of the following: Strategy & Operations, Digital (e.g., Marketing Technology, Customer Experience, eCommerce, etc.) Organizational Change Management, Program & Project Leadership, or Technology Solutions
