Outcomes and Activities: This position will work from home; occasional planned travel to an assigned Southfield, Michigan office location may be required. However, this position is permitted to work at a Southfield, Michigan office location if requested by the team member. Develop and maintain comprehensive sales toolkits that package our value proposition in a compelling manner. Create and execute an experience that seamlessly integrates digital and offline marketing channels to support the sales organization’s goals and business objectives. Conduct ongoing market research to cultivate your expertise about our industry, customers, offerings, and the competitive landscape. Develop programs that challenge the status-quo, build intrigue, overcomes barriers and objections, and highlights our key differentiators. Consistently measure and communicate the impact of initiatives. Writes clear and concise creative briefs, test documents, test plans and strategies, driving continued performance and optimization against KPIs across channels. Develop learning agendas and test plans to continually optimize creatives based on audience insights and in-market performance. Knowledge and Skills: Fluent in business economics to understand where marketing creates leverage to drive growth. Can synthesize insights to identify new recommendations to improve marketing and business results. Experience developing an efficient and effective end-to-end funnel journey. Fluent in MarTech with a clear understanding of what capabilities can enable growth. Confident with interpreting analysis and structuring analytical requests. Hypothesis-led and data-driven in all marketing intent. Can break a strategy down into a structured testing plan / learning agenda. Can break a strategy down into an actionable plan that accelerates speed to market. Highly effective communicator who makes complex ideas easy to understand. Self-driven, motivated to help, and able to perform with minimal supervision in a team environment. Operates with a growth mindset, displaying a strong aptitude for expanding their skillset. Role specific: Thrives on the opportunity to lead and build new opportunities in an undefined space, collaborate and drive for results. Ability to map out a cross-channel customer journey and execute a strategy to optimize our marketing. Ability to build relationships and influence internal decision makers with formal recommendations and informal networking. Experience working with marketing automation systems, such as Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, etc., creating HTML emails and landing pages. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. 3 years of B2B or B2C digital marketing experience in a marketing organization of at least 20 (client-side or agency). 1 years writing creative briefs and partnering with creative teams. Preferred: 1 years working with marketing technology platforms and tools. 3 years working with marketing technology platforms and tools (Lead). 1 years of experience in an agile operating model. 1 years of marketing experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries. 1 years of experience supporting/communicating with a remote Sales team or automotive dealers preferred. Experience with marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Pardot or Marketo. Product marketing experience a plus.
