An exciting opportunity has arisen to become Head of Employee Engagement for the Investment Bank (IB) division of Credit Suisse, partnering with IB business heads to help drive the strategic goals of the division, and taking responsibility for all internal communication matters. You will manage one full-time employee. Provide strategic business communications counsel and support for our IB division, demonstrating internal communications and employee engagement initiatives in alignment with the strategy from a business and cultural perspective

The employee engagement department is now forming and evolving into a network of teams who will work in a coordinated way. This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.
The candidate must have extensive experience in internal communications, employee engagement and change management. Confidence and gravitas to motivate at all levels, including senior management. Experience coordinating with senior leadership teams and evidence exemplary partner management skills, building critical communications, engagement and change plans, translating them into action.
