Credit Union of the Rockies is seeking a member service team member to join our credit union!

As a Member Relationship Specialist in our Contact Center, you manage the first impressions and experiences our members are having within a variety of platforms and digital channels. Credit Union of the Rockies is dedicated to delivering an exceptional member experience, which starts with you being highly skilled in addressing members' needs. With the support of your team members, you provide effective solutions to those needs via getting the right solutions into member hands.

You get to work closely with our Management Team and individual department heads and learn from a variety of roles at our credit union, including our newly-appointed President/CEO.

DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Accurately processing financial transactions
• Directly address member needs by being an effective source of information for them by telephone or other digital media platforms
• Provide exceptional service/assistance to members and visitors in a timely, friendly, professional and confidential manner
• Manage the first impressions of Credit Union of the Rockies
• Advise, sell and set up new services and products

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• It's important to be a good listener and be empathetic. You're invigorated by constant personal interactions. You have strong communication skills that let you converse freely and comfortably with individuals and small groups
• Willing to learn and embrace the guidelines behind Credit Union of the Rockies unique style of service
• Are technologically savvy: Understand computer system concepts and methods, data entry retrieval and inquiry using Windows in a network environment
• Basic knowledge of a filing system, basic knowledge of the operation of office equipment
• Are adept at learning new products and features
• Able to deliver great member experiences in any environment
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
