This is a full-time on-site role for Administrative Support/Customer Service at CREDIT WORLD SERVICES INC. This position will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as answering phones, making calls, sending letters, emails to consumers. Providing administrative assistance, data entry, state licensing, communication with clients, customer service, and accounting tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of Quickbooks is a
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include experience in the collection services industry, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Everyone in our orginization is involved with the collection process, this is how we generate revenue, employee will have a queue of accounts to make calls, send letters, emails.
Full training will be provided so that the employee will have a full understanding of what we do and be a part of our success. Candidates should be highly motivated, adaptable, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
Base pay commission opportunities
Pay is negotiable depending on experience
Hours Mon 8:00am-6:00pm Tues-Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm, Fri 8:00am-4:00pm, one hour lunch break each day.
Vacation accrual (PTO) and benefits start after 90 days
