Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with the leasing process and ensuring high occupancy rates for our properties.
Duties:
- Show available properties to potential tenants and provide information on features, amenities, and rental terms
- Process rental applications
- Prepare leasing agreements and ensure all terms are met by both parties
- Assist in resolving tenant issues and coordinate maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Proficiency in office software applications for data entry
