Creighton University is seeking to hire an Executive Director – Innovative & Strategic Program Development
The role is a both a visionary and strategic leadership position responsible for the program development and related operations of the vast and diverse learning situations within the College of Professional and Continuing Education at Creighton University. Reporting directly to the Dean of the College of Professional and Continuing Education, the Executive Director oversees the program design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of lifelong learning programs, including continuing education and workforce development This role requires a balance of operational excellence with a forward-thinking approach to education, ensuring programs are effective, engaging, and aligned with the evolving needs of students and the workforce. The Executive Director will work closely with a range of stakeholders, including faculty, staff, subject matter experts, industry partners, and professional organizations, to develop innovative and relevant educational pathway programs that support lifelong learning, career advancement, and leadership in the educational sector for both Omaha and Phoenix marketplaces, and beyond.
