What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recreation attendant position at Crescent?
As a Pool Associate, your main focus will be creating an atmosphere where our guests can savour the good life on our pool terrace.
You will be responsible for the pool terrace with hospitality & style!
- Maintain accurate set-up and cleanliness of the pool terrace on a daily basis.
- Moving pool furniture to it's appropriate position
- Managing reservations for the pool and daybeds and chairs
- Set up pool games & guest entertainment
- Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends
- Positive Attitude with a team first mentality
- Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism; treat others with respect and consideration regardless of situation.
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional customers or situations; includes ability to respond promptly to guest requests
- Ability to stand for long periods time and push-pull up to 50 lbs
