Title : STP Vocational Rehab Coordinator
Job Duties : The STP Vocational Rehab Coordinator organizes and coordinates the Vocational Rehab Program, documents quarterly progress notes, leads groups, manages budgets, cares for facility animals, and supervises work activities.
Schedule : Sun-Thurs.
8am to 4 : 30pm
Qualifications :
- 2 years of mental health experience.
- Experience working in a Vocational rehab setting.

About the Campus : The Crestwood Manor Skilled Nursing facility strives to create a homelike environment for residents. We have a variety of pets that live in our facility, including cats, dogs and birds, and plant life is abundant throughout.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range : $20 $24 USD
