Position Responsibilities
- Actively participate in education and training on the latest industry technologies and sales best practices
- Establish and maintain client rapport with our products and services.
- Generate commercial leads and develop qualified opportunities.
- Formulate and present accurate and complete sales proposals.
- Help facilitate post-sale transitions with service and installation managers.
- Educate prospective clients on the superior quality of our services.
- Follow-up with existing bids and leads.
- Maintain client information and update activities in Salesforce.
- Foster client development and client satisfaction for repeat and recurring revenues
- Computer literate to include average skills with Microsoft applications and Salesforce.
- Minimum 3 years of previous HVAC / MEP Sales.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic, process-oriented thinker with a strong work ethic and proactive decision-making ability.
- Self-motivated and able to execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to generate accurate, consistent, and timely prospecting and sales work to achieve sales objectives.
- Demonstrable ability to work well with others.
- Perform estimating and pricing activity to ensure best value solutions at highest attainable margins.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
