Job Summary: This position is responsible for various administrative clerical functions within the assigned program. Responsibilities: Makes pre and post installation customer calls as directed Sending out job details to our Service Providers via email Collecting pre-installation documentation from clients via email and DocuSign Fields and directs customer questions and concerns to Project Coordinator and Operations Managers Performs other miscellaneous job duties as directed by Operations Manager or Project Coordinator Requirements: Strong customer service skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Team player with ability to handle diverse duties Problem resolution skills Experience with Microsoft applications If you value opportunities to grow from within, enjoy great benefits, and appreciate a healthy work-life balance, then there is a place for you here.
