Job Overview

General Maintenance including maintenance and repair of systems and equipment including kitchen/restaurant equipment. Carpentry and ship/boat maintenance focused on preservation and restoration of historic wooden vessels. Finish carpentry, preparing and applying finish coatings. Frequent work on or adjacent to water and outdoors and assistance with moving vessels and tending to lines, etc.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Execution of daily reporting
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with boat handling and knowledge of nautical terminology
Significant experience in the operation, construction, and/or management of facilities, restaurants, vessels and small craft.
Significant knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, construction techniques, and trades including plumbing, electrical, woodworking, corrosion control, paints and coatings, etc.
