Responsibilities
- Agile Practices:
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
- Ensure the agile process is followed and continuously improved
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Product Ownership:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Document and manage technical requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness
- Create User Stories
- Risk Management:
- Support the development and launch of supplier risk sensing and risk prioritization tools
- Work on risk satellite and risk register products
- Contribute to sustainability business planning initiatives, including PowerApp applications
- Supplier Diversity:
- Assist in developing workflows that capture supplier information from discovery to decision-making
- Support global supplier diversity inclusion by establishing and refining vendor screening criteria
- Technical Expertise:
- Leverage technical knowledge to understand and address software, systems, and technology-related challenges
- Utilize JIRA for project tracking and management
- Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or Engineering)
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM) preferred
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Scrum Master, or Product Owner in an agile environment
- Proficiency with JIRA and other agile project management tools
- Experience with supplier risk assessment and supply chain management is a plus
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and road-mapping skills
- Ability to track and document technical requirements effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
