Job Description
The Administrative Assistant provides support in all administrative tasks. This includes but is not limited to accounts payable, payroll review, audit compliance, answering phones, filing, communicating with clients and customers, and scheduling staff. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to effectively communicate, multi-task, prioritize, and utilize the Office 365 suite.
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for processing invoices & completing payroll
• Maintain timely, accurate and detailed documentation required by management
• Responsible for data entry and analytical work
• Communicate with clients and customers
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact effectively with customers, employees, and the broader community
• File audit documentation
• Provide clerical support
• Seek to improve efficiency of daily operations
• Answer phones
• Operate office equipment like fax machines and copiers
• Set up meetings
• Possess professional etiquette

Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED required
• 1-3 years previous administrative or office experience preferred
• Strong literacy skills required for all Microsoft Office suite applications with heavy emphasis on Excel
• Must show initiative and follow established procedures
• Have excellent verbal and written communication & listening skills
• Demonstrate self-development, and integrity
• Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
• Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Exhibit strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
