Job Description
In this role, you will ensure all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and unit-specific alcohol procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Observes the serving of alcohol by employees.
- Ensure employees serving alcohol are adhering to the alcohol service policy, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
- Observe and document any alcohol-related issues.
- Reports all alcohol violations to the Supervisor or Manager.
- Assist Supervisor with alcohol cut-off if needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer's permit required prior to being hired.
- Good communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with guests, and retain and communicate service information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide feedback and coaching to associates with varied experience levels.
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand.
- May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season.
