Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting production control activities to improve processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Run OOR report every day to find what sales orders can be shipped and assign dates
- Picked, packed, and shipped finish product (Deliveries and pick up customers)
- Purchase Cast Iron Covers
- Purchase raw material
- Purchase and Process PO’s for OPC – This includes Capex projects and maintenance
- Inventory management – Cycle counts
- Case management
- Help with production supervision
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
- Must be able to work in a hot and cold environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the day
