Purchasing Assistant – (Belmont, New Hampshire):
What can you expect:
- Starting at $21.00/hour
- Annual increase potential
What you will do
- Entering, receiving and maintaining all purchase order requests in the purchase to pay system
- Resolve purchase order discrepancies
- Assist with company cell phone program
- Cover reception area as needed
- Assist in general office duties as required.

Requirements:
- Must be committed to providing and promoting a safe work environment.
- Excellent computer skills including outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with P2P systems preferred.
- Possess solid organization and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Good decision-making skills and detailed oriented.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisor with other duties as required.
- Must display a courteous and professional attitude when dealing with co-workers and the public.
- A valid driver’s license.
