CRi is seeking a Property Manager to manage maintenance and repairs for all CRi properties and oversee our team of Maintenance Technicians located across Northern Virginia and Richmond.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintenance of all CRi properties.
- Manages staff of up to six (6) Maintenance Technicians.
- Manages 24-hour on-call maintenance responsibilities.
- Manages online CRi property management system. Dispatches, approves, and closes work tickets.
- Supervises construction workers, subcontractors, delegates job assignments and provides follow-up inspections of work.
- Coordinates purchase of repair materials and approves invoices.
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with various contractors and suppliers.
- Manages and reconciles all P-Card (purchase card) transactions from technicians.
- Assists Facility Manager with Life Safety Code issues.
Other Job Functions:
- Coordinates with staff to identify capital improvement needs.
- Assists in volunteer property maintenance services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Typical Working Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (40hrs)- weekends and on-call responsibilities as needed
