What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cricket Wireless Bilingual Representative - Pflugerville PART-TIME position at Cricket Wireless Authorized Dealer?
- PART-TIME Weekends- 2 or 3 days weekly mainly weekends and some weekday evening shifts.
- Based on experience $12.00-$13 for Base Pay COMMISSIONS
- Wireless sales: Translate English/Spanish customer service and sales.
- Fluent in English and Spanish to translate in person and over the phone for technical issues and service plan conversations.
- Commissions for every new line, add a line and upgrades.
- Sell wireless phones, services and accessories in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and gain customers
- Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays at various locations
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures
- Assist in maintaining store appearance
- Participate in meetings and marketing events inside and outside of the store
- Minimum one (3) year of retail experience in sales or customer service
- Minimum of one (2) year experience in cash handling
- Wireless knowledge and/or sales experience
- Proficient computer skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check
- High energy with a positively inviting personality is a PLUS!
