What are the responsibilities and job description for the Biohazard janitor position at CRIME SCENE CLEANERS INC?
Full-time Crime Scene Cleaner/Biohazard Janitor position cleaning out home attics, basements, hoarding houses, homeless camps, jail facilities, and other high-stress extreme cleaning situations.
**MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION**
- Must be able to enter jail facilities due to contract requirements. (DOJ will be run)
- A valid California driver's license with a clean driving record. Must have reliable transportation to the office for training. Company vehicle will be provided once trained.
- Good command of the English language. (speak, read and write). Bilingual applicants welcome
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Have a strong stomach. Be able to work in high-stress situations.
- Be able to work in a respirator and full PPE for long periods. Be able to work in tight areas (attic and crawl space)
- Need to be able to interact with people, work without supervision and solve problems
No prior experience is required. Experience with power tools and/or construction is a plus but not required.
