JOB SUMMARY:
Crisdel Group, Inc.is seeking a full time Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our expanding team in our State of the Art Tampa location. The ideal candidate will have vast experience with various Administrative and Marketing skills. The individual should be creative, self-motivated, organized, detailed oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working on a variety of tasks, is a team player, and should be able to multi-task, communicate effectively and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires the individual to be skillful in business writing, have general computer competency, be proficient in using the Microsoft Office software and have technical aptitude with using various social media platforms,.
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS

RECRUITING
- Develop and implement strategies to bring in candidates for filling positions.
- Assist HR with creating position descriptions as it relates to recruiting.
- Work with HR and Project Management to recruit interns from trade associations and selected colleges.
- Attend Intern and Career fairs with Crisdel staff.
- Create content for social media and website. Manage consultants with their content creation.
- Work with Project Management and HR on internal strategy with employee development (CDP).
MARKETING
- Manage website updates with marketing consultant.
- Create content for social media and website. Manage consultants with their content creation.
- Work with Pre-construction Department in developing strategy to break into new markets and clients.
- Create content for social media and website. Manage consultants with their content creation.
- Schedule and plan outings with customers.
- Attend Industry outings.
- Attend local charity and nonprofit functions.
- Assist and manage inventory with Crisdel promotional items, Swag.
EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE
To be eligible for this position, you must:
- Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
- Have a minimum two (2) years of work experience with Recruiting & Marketing
TYPICAL WORK CONDITIONS
Typical work conditions include working in an office environment at our Tampa, FL office, typically between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
